These Guidelines have been produced from the EAU Working Panel on Urinary Incontinence, with the aim to represent a practical evidence-based guidance on the clinical problem of non-neurogenic urinary incontinence. Thus they do not include any information on the aetiology, epidemiology and pathophysiology of urinary incontinence. The EAU Guidelines on urinary incontinence do not specifically focus the issue of Nocturia, but they only report indications and recommendations on the use of anticholinergics and desmopressin to treat AOB and urinary incontinence.
