Laser treatment is included in the EAU guidelines for the management of Male LUTS. Several laser platforms have been introduced either aiming at enucleation or vaporisation of enlarged prostatic tissue. This presentation aims to clarify and demistify the position of lasers in the treatment of BOO including outcomes, morbidity and cost consequences.
